We will confirm receipt of your order by email. We will confirm when your Goods have been dispatched by email. Gifts & Card Multipack deliveries require a signature. For EU orders carriage costs will be clearly shown when you select your delivery destination.

 

SEBECCA LTD are responsible for ensuring that Goods are adequately packaged for safe transportation of Goods supplied. Where applicable the Customer is responsible for ensuring the safe onward transportation where SEBECCA LTD are delivering to any central distribution centre, holding warehouse or other such building, where the items will be split and transported onwards. SEBECCA LTD does not guarantee that any individual item's packaging will be sufficient for onward transportation unless a specific agreement has been made when the contract is agreed. SEBECCA LTD reserve the right to make additional charges where such a requirement becomes apparent at a later stage.

 

Delivery charges
The cost of carriage shall be paid by the Customer.  The delivery cost is determined by destination and weight of Goods, including any outer packaging as shall reasonably be required to ensure that no damage occurs during transit.  SEBECCA LTD reserves the right to select the transport company used and will endeavour to consistently seek the best possible price for the Customer insofar as this does not affect quality of service. 
 

Guarantee & Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your online purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will happily replace, exchange or refund your items.

All Goods returned must be as new. The responsibility for the return delivery, and costs lie with the Customer. Upon return the Goods will be inspected and a refund made within 7 days. 

Damaged Goods
Please report any damages or non-delivery immediately - no complaints for transit damage can be considered unless made in writing within 10 days of receipt of Goods. Any claim for damaged or defective Goods can only be entertained if the Goods are returned to SEBECCA LTD in their original packaging or similar suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection in transit.

Faulty Goods, warranties and liabilities
Subject to conditions and provided the total price has been paid by the due date for payment, SEBECCA LTD warrants that the Goods will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. SEBECCA LTD will (at its own choice) either replace, repair, or give credit for Goods found to be faulty within SEBECCA LTD's warranty period relevant to Goods of that type.

SEBECCA LTD will as far as possible endeavour to ensure that all Goods supplied are safe and compliant with any relevant standards with regard to the specific intended and stated use for the Goods. SEBECCA LTD cannot be held responsible for defects arising from misuse or mishandling of Goods. Any fault or damage to the Goods supplied should be reported to SEBECCA LTD immediately, failure to do so may affect the outcome of any claim.

The Customer will indemnify and keep indemnified SEBECCA LTD against all claims, proceedings, costs and expenses in connection with any third party claim based upon any allegation that the safety of the Goods (or materials or components comprised within the Goods or any Goods in which the Goods are incorporated) is not such as persons are generally entitled to expect, save where such deficiency in their safety was present at the time the Goods were dispatched to the Customer or its agents by SEBECCA LTD or its agents.

 

Description of goods

We have taken great care to be precise when detailing the contents of this website. We have striven to ensure prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been accurately and fairly described.

Occasionally an error may occur and goods maybe either incorrectly priced or described on the website/in marketing materials associated with the business. If this does occur we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description. We will at our discretion either cancel your order or refund you the price you have paid or contact you and enquire as to whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price and/or description.

 

Terms of trading

All orders are accepted subject to these terms and conditions of sale current as at the date of the order.

 

Retention of title
All products supplied to the Customer by SEBECCA LTD, shall remain the sole and absolute property of SEBECCA LTD, both in law and equity until the Customer shall have paid to SEBECCA LTD the agreed price, together with the full price of any other products supplied by SEBECCA LTD, pursuant to any other contract between them. The Customer's right to possession of the products shall cease if it does anything or fails to do anything which would entitle a receiver to take possession of any assets or which would entitle any person to present a petition for winding up (or in case of a person or firm commit an act of bankruptcy). Notwithstanding the retention of property by SEBECCA LTD in accordance with the above provisions, all products supplied by SEBECCA LTD shall be at risk of the Customer as soon as they are delivered to the Customer's premises or otherwise to order. The Customer shall hold any proceeds of sale as a fiduciary until its account with SEBECCA LTD is settled.

How long we store information (Retention Policy) 
As a limited company, we are required to keep basic customer information for a minimum of 6 years. Personal & Location information related to your delivery will be retained for at least 13 months and then scrubbed of any personal data. Information you provided for marketing purposes will be kept until you request that we no longer send you information. 

Payment information 
SEBECCA LTD takes card payments through Wix Payments & PayPal. All pages on this site are secure including the checkout pages. Paypal.com pages are also secure. Your credit card details are only used for individual transactions and will not be stored.

Customised product, bespoke work and Goods supplied under contract 
Orders for non-standard Goods will be accepted only with a minimum of 50% deposit and full payment upon delivery. Any variation in the order agreed between the parties shall entitle SEBECCA LTD to vary the price to cover the cost of such variation. The contract may in part take the form of Purchase Orders accepted and acknowledged by SEBECCA LTD and any written agreement entered into with relation to such orders. No works shall commence until such orders have been issued by the Customer and accepted and acknowledged by SEBECCA LTD. Furthermore no works shall commence until satisfactory payment on account of the contract has been received by SEBECCA LTD in accordance with our standard terms and with the specific terms of the contract. 

Warranties and liabilities for customised product, bespoke work and Goods supplied under contract
Goods supplied or works carried out by SEBECCA LTD will unless otherwise stated be guaranteed against malfunction or failure as a result of substandard materials, workmanship or design to the extent as this is covered by the contract and for a time period specified in the contract or for the anticipated duration of the project if this is less than 12 months. SEBECCA LTD limits its responsibility to claims for damages to the extent of and in accordance with the contract. Any claims arising from misuse or mishandling of any Goods supplied will not be entertained.

Any Goods supplied will be covered by the SEBECCA LTD standard warranty and this may be extended or shortened in accordance with the terms and requirements of the contract. SEBECCA LTD will within a reasonable time period with respect to the contract and at its own choice either replace, repair, or give credit for Goods found to be faulty in material, design or workmanship within the warranty period for such Goods.

 

Third party selling
We reserve the right to refuse supply to any Customer who we deem to be reselling or retailing SEBECCA LTD products through unapproved channels. These unapproved channels include: Any third party retail or wholesale company based in the UK or abroad; Shops and websites that have not been authorised as SEBECCA LTD stockists, SEBECCA LTD specifically do not approve selling via eBay, Amazon or any other similar website. Customers with new or moved locations should notify us for approval in advance.

 

Exclusivity 
The Customer does not have exclusive distribution rights of SEBECCA products in any territory, unless specific terms have been agreed in writing. Such an agreement will not be considered until a trading relationship has been established. Further information about SEBECCA policy on exclusivity agreements can be obtained upon request. 

 

Drop shipping
SEBECCA LTD do not offer any drop shipping service to your third party customer. For this reason we may verify any new delivery address request and reserve the right to refuse any order for delivery to a third party. Requests for new delivery addresses may delay your order while the address is being verified.

Timed delivery slots
SBECCA LTD accepts no responsibility for third party courier companies failing to adhere to allotted delivery slots or time related delivery requirements set out by the Customer. SEBECCA LTD will not accept any deductions or fines associated with these failings. SEBECCA LTD accepts responsibility for any damages to Goods in transit due to lack of sufficient packaging on products dispatched from a SEBECCA LTD warehouse.
